15. Dietmar Hamann

Besides Steven Gerrard, Dietmar Hamann was considered to have an important role when helping Liverpool defeat AC Milan in the Champions League final in 2005. Injured, Hamann came on as a substitute for Steve Finnan when the team lost 3-0.
